A MENTAL DAY OFF





We all from time to time must take a day off from everything and
everyone.  Staying in bed for adequate hours of sleep, set aside time
for prayer, have quiet time with self, healthy eating habits and relaxing
in order to renew and refresh your mind, spirit and body.

Relax in a quiet environment for mind and spirit with few distractions
will enable you to better serve others properly.  In the future, do not
fail to find time available for yourselves.  You were born to enjoy         
existence and experience a divine life through your body in an unique way.
