LOVE AND SERVICE

Regarding:  MISSIONS, SHELTERS, WOMEN CENTERS

Now is the time for many of these facilities to make a difference in how
their being operated for the homeless.

This is what I have to say "WHAT THE HELL" individuals
operating such facilities do not have the right aspiration, compassion,
and humbleness.  It seems to me many facilities are not truly helping
people in need.

You have to be truly a dedicated people person willing and wanting to serve
God's people.  Employees must have pure hearts with compassion,
kindness, caring and plain love and respect for all people.

A great number of women inside the missions, shelters, women centers
need total help regarding their special needs.  Care with drugs, alcohol,
and mental issues/challenges with the appropriate attention, love and
respect.

Case Managers and Office Personnel need to work and communicate very
close with clients, evaluate that particular individual needs then make a plan.
Finally, activate that plan to include value to each life.

For those who don't care for God's people, now is the time to (GET OUT)
and search employment elsewhere.  These facilities only need dedicated CEO'S,
Case Managers, and other Support Employees within the facilities with caring
hearts that truly want to serve all people with love and respect.  Let's begin to be a
world changer.
