LIES, SCHEMES AND DISCRIMINATION

The Department of Social Services received fundings in 2009.
June 2010 the GR Restructuring Master Implementation Chart  
was scheduled to be put into effect July 2010.  On the GR Restructuring
 Master Implementation Chart Plan is said to increase the total number
 of housing subsidies to 10,000 by December 2014.  The Pilot project
 was targeted for implementation in July 2010.

It has been brought to my attention that the Department
of Social Services has a program call Homeless Pilot
Incinative which focus on the homeless and low income
people.  This particular program was awarded monies
July, 2010.  The Pilot Program are to issue move in
money between $800.00 - $1,000.00 or $500.00 monthly
for rent.  Case Manager's from shelters are sending clients to
apply for this program and the clients are being told that there
are no longer any funds, or that clients need to have applied
and have proof for SSI benifits, and that they will have to be
placed on a waiting list.

This is what I have to say "WHAT THE HELL" there is no
such thing as a waiting list with the Department of Social
Services and how in the HELL can you run out of funds between
July 2010 - November 2010.  What I see is nothing but Lies, Schemes,
and Discrimination to hold back African-Americans in poverty.
